Biography

I have been in retail management for over 20 years with more than 10 years experience at the District Manager/ Regional Director level. I've led teams of 1600 plus employees and directly responsible for delivering revenues over $400 million annually. I am a “values- based” leader that has led with authenticity and a genuine passion to develop people. I have been successful with start up and turnaround situations proving strength in my ability to build teams and create initiatives that transform culture, inspire and drive employee engagement, customer retention and sustainable profitable growth. I have been recognized with accelerated advancement and have led with a great balance of compassion and objectivity while shaping the effectiveness of leadership and positions at all levels.
