Maria Van Brown has global experience in all HR and talent functions. In her role as VP, Enterprise Talent Management Practice at Liberty Mutual, Maria is responsible for talent processes including assessment and selection, performance management, career development and talent review/succession planning. Maria held the role of VP, Talent for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she integrated the company’s talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Management and Learning & Leadership Development. She led the global talent management and leadership development functions at EMC and Boston Scientific. As the former head of Corporate HR at PTC (global software company), Maria led several M&A integrations and all corporate HR functions including recruiting, learning, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR Services. Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree from Providence College and and a Master’s in Organizational Learning from Suffolk University.
