Biography

I’m especially grateful to Christine Tricoli and Lou Carter for their generous support of my transition from active duty military service, and warm welcome they facilitated into the BPI SEB family. I have successfully led efforts to draft, coordinate, submit, and implement legislative proposals and Department of Defense policy; study, identify, and recommend strategic initiative processes; transform and reorganize large structures (25,000+); and develop and implement programs to recruit and retain military leadership talent. I was actively involved in the Department of Defense’s civilian licensing and credentialing and suicide prevention training initiatives. I have a real passion for Talent Management and look forward to the challenges of transitioning and applying my skills to civilian employment settings. My goals are to be part of a corporate senior Talent Management team no later than December 2015 and ultimately lead the Talent Management functions of a large organization.
