Getting leadership at the top right drives success. I love working with boards and CEOs on identifying and growing C-Suite leaders for tomorrow. Leadership matters is my personal passion. As an industrial/orgnizational psychologist by training I have seen individuals and organizations do phenomenal things through how they identify, engage and develop their talent(s). Our work at MDA centers on helping organizations create sustainable futures through leadership. Context always matters: one size leader does not fit all circumstances. When we can help a start-up, a non-profit, a Fortune 100 company or a family business craft what they need from their leaders for the future, great things happen.
