Key words/thoughts are captured on chart paper (white board) at each site and later combined for posting at both sites. Each participant completes the thought: “If we accomplish this one thing ….at this kick-off I’ll be able to get going and be effective in my role.” Videocon Opening 10 • Build from 2 separate groups to “whole” • Get needs/expectations vis-à-vis the meeting on the table • Establish criteria for meeting success Someone from each site shares highlights/themes from warm-up exercise.
