Integrated Talent Management Trends and Findings
To provide additional context for the case studies presented in this research, we asked our contributors and other organizations to reflect on their practices and processes in an online survey. Areas covered by the survey include: 1) company and initiative background, 2) budget for ITM, 3) top areas of integration, 4) drivers of integration, and 5) evaluation practices.
Although the initiatives in this book cover a broad range of Integrated Talent Management topic areas, they are all bound by one key characteristic: business focus. Within this section, we have highlighted the most pressing Integrated Talent Management issues that have arisen from this handbook.
