A West Coast focused chapter on the best practices of organization development and change management to be published in the fourth edition of Practicing Organization Development.

A chapter will emerge from our conversation and dialogue on the best practices on organization development and change management. Our focus is just on the West Coast. We have a East Coast group that is open to the public at BPI in motion. We also have a mid-USA group arising and my daughters Pepperdine Organization development program is doing the entire country. This will be the only group where the leaders and main authors will emerge. It is not open to the public as most other chapters will be. It is only open to Best Practice Institute members. You will join another 25 countries from around the world doing the same task.
