The Innovative Practice Leader (IPL) Certification is a self-guided developmental process. Leaders watch on-demand webinars, fill-out transfer of learning evaluations, and write a simple three paragraph summary of their practice innovations and applications learned since they began of the program. They will also take a self-guided 360-degree review to help show any changes they have achieved over the course of their program. The program length can take as little as 3-4 weeks to complete or as long as 12 months depending on the schedule requirements of the leader.
