TalentBall

The purpose of this experience is to learn the methods, models, and equations behind the game of talent management in baseball, in order to make better talent decisions back home. This will be a highly interactive experience where the audience members will take part in the work, creating their own blueprints for taking action with data at work, as well as giving small group shares and large group shares on their plans and programs. The experience is designed for maximum interaction and sharing between and among participants, our own thought leaders and the Rangers Executive and Analytics Staff. It is designed to create a community of learning, sharing, and collaboration around the work of analytics and data modeling to make more sound business and talent decisions.
