Future Facilitation Strategy & Skills at Cigna

>>> Greetings, Hard to believe it's February already... I hope everyone is doing well. We're in the process of revamping our Global Facilitation strategy at Cigna and could use your insights and expertise... Given the trends and signals, the dynamics of the future workplace, and our efforts to accelerate our vision/mission of moving our learning and organizational development function "Cigna University" and entire company towards a more social, collaborative, and pervasive approach to learning it’s imperative that we redefine our global strategy as it relates to global facilitation. In the past, our facilitation team primarily facilitated scripted/face-to-face learning experiences (with some virtual courses mixed in). As we move towards the new future, the role of the facilitator will change and become far more consultative/broad- and frankly will require skills/competencies that some of our existing team does not currently have.
