Our organization, a Bank/Financial Services company, is looking to enhance the New Hire experience by providing New Hire Welcome Kits (e.g., swag, necessities, etc.) on the first day. We are seeking information regarding other organizations’ Welcome Kits during the on-boarding process: • What items does your Kit include? • How/where do you source your items? • What is the expense per Kit? • How is the process administered internally (who is responsible for putting them together, ensuring they are in place on day 1, replenishing stock)? • How do you ensure consistency across multiple geographic locations?
